Super Drunk First Offense (BAC greater than .16).
Jail: Up to 180 days
License: 45 days hard suspension / 320 days restricted
Michigan OWI Second Offense (within 7 years)
Jail: 5 days to 1 year
License: Lifetime revocation, first eligible for review after one year.
Michigan OWI Third Offense / Felony Drunk Drunk Driving
Jail: 30 days to 5 years
License: Lifetime revocation, first eligible for review after one year or five years (ask your lawyer when you will first be eligible).
